Q. How can I be sure SpaceTrack can analyse my volume ?

A. One way to ensure that the drive is accessible is to enter the address such as \ntserv01\d at the run prompt and see if you can find the drive. If your system can see the drive, SpaceTrack will also.

Q. What Mail systems are supported by SpaceTrack ?

A. All mapi-compliant mail systems are supported. This can be tested by typing (for example) mailto:a@b in a Word or Excel document. Then double-click on what you have just typed and your mail program should open up. If it opened ok, then SpaceTrack will be able to use your mail program.
